After Hours Services

In the event of an after hours issue, we do have envelopes to the right of our office door for your keys and information. Your keys can then be dropped in the mail slot in the office door. We do have texting capabilities at 712-256-9688. (this line is NOT monitored 24 hours, but we will respond at our earliest convenience.) We also offer after hours pick-up with an exterior locked key box that you are provided the individual access code. You are welcome to have your vehicle towed into the shop after hours and have your key placed in our key drop. There are envelopes located to the right of the office door for keys in personal information. We will follow up with you at our earliest availability. Please ensure that your tow truck driver does not block bay doors and leaves the keys in the office mail slot. Failure to comply could result in additional charges.
